    Antonio Belvedere, partner of the law firm Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners, is deemed one of the top experts in administrative law and in real estate law at national level.

    Co-founder Guido Alberto Inzaghi

    Guido is co-founding partner of the law Firm Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners.

    He used to be head of the real estate department and of the town planning practice of DLA Piper. He is a real estate lawyer with a focus on zoning and planning, environmental and public partnership law.

    Guido assists private and public, national and international companies, as well as central public authorities and local entities.

    Partner Riccardo Marletta

    Riccardo Marletta is a partner of Studio Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners, Studio Legale Associato, since its foundation.

    He carries out his own professional activity within the administrative law and real estate sector. In particular, as regards administrative law, he focuses on deepening all issues concerning the territorial zoning plan, and the rules and regulations governing trade, environmental and energy law, as well as the procedures related to the agreements of the Public Authorities.

    Within the scope of his professional activity he has assisted – both in court and out-of-court – different city and regional councils, as well as state, region and council owned companies.

    He qualified as an Italian lawyer back in November 1993 at the Court of Appeal of Milan and has been entered in the special Roll for legal representation purposes before the higher judicial authorities since April 2006.

    He is the author of publications in different specialized magazines, also participating to conferences, courses and seminars, lecturing, speaking and participating in the matter of administrative law, also in the academic field.

    Senior Associate Tommaso Fiorentino

    Focused on administrative law, Tommaso was admitted to the Italian Bar since 2003, when he was awarded with the “Honour Toga” for the excellent result achieved in the lawyer’s examination.

    He is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Consiglio di Stato and Corte di Cassazione).

    Senior Associate Giuseppe Gagliardo

    Giuseppe Gagliardo has always carried out his professional activity within the Administrative Law and has gained a specific competence in the areas of Urban Planning, Building Regulation, Public Contracts, Public Buildings and Environmental Law.

    He collaborated for several years with the Urban Planning Department of the Municipality of Milan and dealing specifically with Urban Planning Execution, Social Housing, enhancement of public areas and buildings (ATU Porto di Mare – Public farmhouses – public hostel), agreements for housing service (Student Housing) and adminstrative management relating to public areas and buildings.

    Junior Associate Maurizio Malomo

    Before joining Studio Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners, Vittoria collaborated with several law firms that deal mainly with administrative law, including Studio Ennio Magrì & Partners (with whom she assisted Infrastrutture Lombarde in the construction project of numerous Hospitals in Lombardy – Transenergia S.r.L. for the construction of the Italy-France Transfontaliero Electric Link named “Piemonte-Savoia”. She developed considerable experience in the field of urban planning law, territorial planning (both in terms of general planning and implementation planning), negotiated planning, sales operations and development of real estate assets.

    Vittoria, in the context of the expropriations for P.U., assisted the Consorzio di Bonifica Est Ticino Villoresi in the acquisition of the areas for the realization of the Expo Project of the work of the Canale delle Vie d’Acqua.

    Trainee Alberto Peruffo

    Alberto Peruffo graduated in 2019 from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a final dissertation in Administrative Justice, entitled “Protection against the Guidelines of the Italian Anti-Corruption Authority”, rapporteur Professor Aldo Travi.

    Subsequently, he completed a traineeship at the Banking and Financial Ombudsman of the Bank of Italy (ABF), Milan office.

    He speaks Italian and English.

    Beatrice Ramelli graduated with top marks from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a thesis on Administrative Justice titled “The modulation in time of the effects produced by the judgement of the Administrative Court”, rapporteur Professor Aldo Travi.

    Trainee Donise Serenelli

    Donise Serenelli deals with civil and real estate law, providing legal advice on Real Estate contractual matters and transactions.

    In 2018 he graduated with honors from the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna, with a thesis in civil law titled “Urban regeneration processes, perspectives and legal limits in civil law”.

    He also completed an LLM master’s degree in International Business Law at King’s College London, with a thesis in Property and Real Estate Law on urban redevelopment processes in Milan and London.

    Subsequently he worked for an important Italian law firm and as an analyst in a leading consultancy firm in the Real Estate sector.
