He used to be head of the real estate department and of the town planning practice of DLA Piper. He is a real estate lawyer with a focus on zoning and planning, environmental and public partnership law.
Guido assists private and public, national and international companies, as well as central public authorities and local entities.
With regards to local planning and urban regeneration, his most important mandates include Porta Nuova, Scali Ferroviari, Santa Giulia, Milano Sesto, MIND-Arexpo as well as several construction and refurbishment projects of important sports facilities.

He qualified as an Italian lawyer back in November 1993 at the Court of Appeal of Milan and has been entered in the special Roll for legal representation purposes before the higher judicial authorities since April 2006.

Before joining Studio Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners in 2019, Luciano worked at the law firm of Professor Marco Sica, with whom he has collaborated since November 2014, where he mainly dealt with administrative litigation in the areas of building and town planning regulations, environmental law, eminent domain disputes, rules and regulations of shopping centres.
He obtained his professional qualification at the Milan Court of Appeal in 2018 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2019.
